Protecting the water supply one backflow connection at a time.
Chris has been an independent contractor for over 20 years and is currently working with contractors, municipalities, property managers, engineers and other agencies concerning cross connection control and backflow prevention.
Chris received his diploma from Virginia Sprinkler Company Backflow Device Worker Certification School and subsequently received his Backflow Device Worker certificate from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR).
Continuing his education Chris also completed the University of Florida (UF), Training, Research and Education for Environmental Occupations Center (TREEO) and holds the following nationally recognized certificates:
Cross Connection Control Program Manager
Surveys/inspections
Ordinance and Organization
Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester
Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Instructor
As well as the following Virginia DPOR Board for Contractors licenses;
Master Plumber, Plumbing Contractor and Backflow Device Worker Certificate.
Chris is the Past President of the Virginia Chapter of the American Backflow Prevention Association and is the President/Owner of Backflow Services, Inc. which is located in the Richmond area and provides Backflow Prevention Service to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
